This Guest Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between Motel Wellington Wodonga ("Motel") and the guest(s) ("Guest"). By booking a stay at the Motel, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with the specified terms during their stay.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM
- Damage Deposit: A $100 damage deposit will be charged to your credit card at check-in. Refunded on check-out day if no damage or theft of motel property occurs.
- Credit Card Authorization: Required upon booking confirmation for potential cancellations or room damages.
- Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen events making the property unavailable, alternative accommodation will be sought or a full refund provided.
- Payment Policy: Payment due at the end of the free cancellation period.
- Cancellation Policy: Standard Bookings: Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in incurs a fee of the first night's room rate. Non-Refundable Bookings: Full amount charged, non-refundable. No changes or refunds once checked in.
- Linen: Provided and must be left in rooms on departure.
- Pets and Service Animals: Pets not allowed, $275 fee for violations. Service animals allowed with prior proof to Management.
- Guest Responsibilities: Liable for any property damage, breakages, theft, or loss. Noise curfew between 9:30 PM and 7:30 AM. Disturbance to neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without a refund. Property to be vacated on time and secured.
- Smoking: Only in designated areas; $250 charge for violations.
- Problems or Complaints: Report immediately to Management.
- Travel Insurance: Recommended for guests.
